So here is a piece of very good news for all dairy lovers!

According to new researches, it is found that the dairy products especially yogurt and cheese was found to protects against premature death.

But the new studies also suggests that when we consider our overall health, not all dairy should be included in this.

This data is reviewed by the US Health and Nutritional survey between 1999 and 2010, by the team of researchers led by professor Maciej Banach of the medical university of Lodz in Poland.

According to the latest studies, all types of dairy products are beneficial to protect us from premature death and cheese is really great in all this. The consumption of cheese reached up to 8 % lower risk of premature death in comparison to other dairy products which are on 2%.

Researchers found a four percent lower risk with total dairy consumption and seven percent lower risk with milk consumption in case of cerebrovascular mortality. Which means an area of the brain temporarily or permanently damaged suddenly.

636,726 people had been included in this data to collect all information. And this study was presented at the annual congress of the Europian Society of Cardiology in 2018, a collective of all health care professionals from all around the world.

However, the proofs of support this, is inconsistency, especially among US adults, according to researchers. For example, according to new studies, an analysis of 29 cohorts published in 2017, found no links between the consumption of dairy and cardiovascular disease or all-cause mortality.

At the same time, one more research was published in the same year of 2017 from the Sweden researchers According to that drinking more milk was linked to doubled risks of premature death in women, including death from cardiovascular diseases.

So all researchers concluded that to protest against mortality from cerebrovascular causes, such as stroke and total mortality, we should consume more dairy products. However, drinking more milk was associated with high risks of coronary heart disease "an association that required further studies," according to researchers.

Some of the previous studies found that eating fermented dairy products such as cheese, yogurt is linked to lower risks of type two diabetes and heart diseases.

So, according to all researchers, the current guidelines of limit dairy products such as yogurt and cheese should be relaxed. And people who drink a large quantity of milk should drink low fat or no fat milk, in place of high fat or full cream milk to save themselves from diseases.

Banach said, the government should revise its guidelines, and it should be now in favor of "protective effects of dairy products" though the government should also aware public by all risks factors by consuming high-fat milk and advise people to drink low fat or fat-free milk.
